Using Audio in Projects

Finding Royalty Free audio that kids can use in projects was always a problem for me. The biggest part of it was that it took SO long to actually find what I wanted to use.  Today I am having a small "aha" moment and I thought I would share it. I created a project in My eCoach that lists sites where you can get audio to use. http://my-ecoach.com/online/webresourcelist.php?rlid=12860

I am working on my project for this summer (http://world-everyday.blogspot.com/) and I need background audio that I can use for some of my short videos. When I am putting them together I don't want to spend frustrating time searching. I just figured out (you all probably already knew this) that I could create a folder with playlists in it in my iTunes and so I have done that and I am just going out and populating it with tunes that I find that are free for use and have creative commons licenses.

I could not figure out how to download music directly to my ipad, so I am downloading it using my computer and just syncing it. Now I will have all of the music I need all categorized so that I can find what I want. Cool.
